As we are all rushing to close out “year-end” activities and roll into the holiday season, a strong leader knows the importance and benefits of an authentic communication to summarize the years successes and opportunities for improvement as well as excite and motive for the following year.
Here is a basic template to use to begin your conversation with your team. Customize as appropriate for your company culture.
